Celebrating Easter

Our Easter celebrations were such a blessing to us as we met on:

Thursday for communion and a reflection of the Last Supper and Christs moment in Gethsemane

Friday where Sophie took us through the events of Good Friday and Terence ministered on The Meaning Of The Cross.

Sunday where Paul outlined the benefits of Christ's resurrection not least the forgiveness of our sins.

We also were thrilled to take the message of Easter into the community with an open air service on the veranda followed by an Easter Lunch.

What's On

Sunday Mornings - 10:00am

Starting with coffee in the Redfield Room we go through to the Main Hall for a time to develop our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through - Worship, Communion & Teaching. The message is live on Facebook from 11:30.

Tuesday - 10am

Coffee Morning on the first Tuesday of every month. This takes place in the Redfield Room.

Sometimes this is followed by a light lunch.  Check Facebook for updates.

Thursday - 7pm

Bible Study & Prayer – Terence is currently going through The Gospel Of Matthew. While Paul is preparing ministry from the Minor Prophets

The messages are live on Facebook from 7:40pm.

Friday At 9:30am

Rejoicing In The Truth - This will be closed through the Easter break to reopen on Ap.19.

Rejoicing in The Truth

Recently we have changed the name of our Friday morning Bible School from 'Starting from Scratch' to 'Rejoicing in The Truth'. 

Currently we are studying the 'Faith of Abraham' and also 'The Lord's Prayer' as recorded in John.17.

We are always thrilled to welcome new students of the Word of God to our Friday mornings so if you're free then why don't you pop along and check us out. You won't be disappointed even if its only the tea and toast that you enjoy.

 

Anniversary Celebration Apr.14 @ 5pm

On April 14 we will be meeting at the church at 5pm for the 1st anniversary of Paul's ministry at Emmanuel. Giving thanks to God for His abundant provision of ministry and leadership.

Women @ The Well

Every other month the women meet at the church for a time of fellowship and ministry. This is turning out to be an eagerly awaited evening where testimonies are shared and Allison's unpacking of the Women found in Christ's lineage is very thought provoking. Not to mention Linda's cakes which are to die for. The next meeting will take place on May 26 at 5pm.
